SWIFTGUARD is one of a range of specialist products from SCPG aimed at the protection of finished surfaces within the interior fit-out and refurbishment industry. The products are distributed by industrial supply outlets and builders merchants and have established a solid reputation in this industry, but with competitor products hot on its heels SWIFTGUARD approached VGroup to develop the brand and establish it as a market leader.
We began by researching the brand’s core proposition, values and USPs. We analysed the competitors and produced a brand map that guided the creative concepts and messaging. Working closely with SWIFTGUARD we designed a new logotype and visual identity, taking care to ensure that it could be applied accurately across a multitude of communications and materials. These included screen-printing on to plastic and cardboard, digitally printing POS literature and of course a new website.
The new brand is being rolled out across the product range and will soon include SWIFTBOND and SWIFTSEAL which will adopt the essence of the new brand identity. We are looking forward to developing SCPG’s product ranges and creating an innovative approach to marketing in an otherwise traditional and staid sector.
