Natures Way Foods are taking their marketing team on a field trip to the famous Rungis Market in Paris in order to stimulate their senses and energise them around fresh produce, food values and food creativity. The idea is that they will use this creative energy, or even specific ideas, to help drive the range reviews they are having with their customers in terms of the products and their approach to them.
VGroup were asked to “…pull something together that is fun and is energising and will excite the team…” so we came up with a neat little pack which was not only an invitation, but also contained a notebook, sharpie markers, a disposable camera and some bonbons. The team can record their thoughts and photograph things that inspire them. The outer box even doubles up as a storage box for the printed photos once they have been developed.
We gave the invitations, notebook and camera a French theme with a simple typographic approach using ‘tricolore’ colours. We crafted the type to give the feel of a French market, and added illustrations of fruit to complete the look. All the packs were put together in the VGroup studio, printed on variety of special papers, all lovingly made by hand. We wrapped the packs up using rustic brown paper and tricolore ribbon (Greg amazed us all with his ribbon tying skills!).

The team ‘thought they were fab!’ and we hope they have a fab time, and come back brimming with ideas and enthusiasm.
