Thermography, Embossing, Debossing, Foil blocking… confused already?
Well here at VGroup we love print, possibly a bit too much some might say. Our designers love a nice French Fold here and die cut there and can often be found huddled together stroking the latest tactile paper samples or foil blocking proof.
Over the last 12 months in the design industry we’ve noticed that specialist printing has made something of a come back. Intricate traditional techniques like screen printing, letterpress and foil blocking are used on high end print work to make it stand out amongst regular litho or digital print.
We’ve certainly done our bit here to incorporate these specialist techniques and use them where appropriate to enhance the effectiveness of our design work.
This adds to the already vast array of printing processes and finishing techniques at our disposal to enhance our clients’ marketing objectives. We work closely with our printers to make sure the final output of our designs are as close to the original concept as possible.
